A few years ago, I would've been deeply sceptical if someone told me that lying still whilst electromagnetic pulses passed through my body could help with chronic pain, fatigue, or brain fog.
It sounds like pseudoscience, doesn't it? Or at best, some new-age wellness trend that'll be forgotten in six months.
But then I started paying attention to the research. And more importantly, I started paying attention to the people who were getting genuine, measurable relief from conditions that hadn't responded to anything else.
What I discovered was fascinating: PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy isn't new at all. It's been used in clinical settings for decades. NASA studied it for astronaut health. Orthopaedic surgeons use it to accelerate bone healing. And increasingly, it's becoming a cornerstone therapy for people dealing with chronic conditions that conventional medicine struggles to address.
Let me share what I've learnt about how it actually works and why it might be worth paying attention to.
